Devebyte provides digital marketing services including SEO, web development, paid advertising management, and custom software development. Specific terms for each engagement are governed by individual service agreements or proposals.
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them including website code, content, and creative assets. Devebyte retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Web development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion. Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension after 30 days.
Devebyte's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or advertising results.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
